How To Report A Claim?

Follow 3 steps to claim:

In case of an emergency call 24/7 Emergency Assistance Center as soon as possible. Failure to do that can decrease your insurance benefit.

Report your claim within 30 days by completing a claim form.

03

Send all original bills within 90 days from the day of emergency (don’t forget to make your own copies).

  • You must contact MSH Assistance within 24 hours of any hospitalization or emergency treatment
  • Failure to do so may result in a 20% co-insurance penalty — meaning you’ll have to pay 20% of the claim amount yourself
  • All claims must be submitted within 90 days of treatment with full documentation (receipts, reports, etc.).
